Melanie Rodriguez has extensive work experience in leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Melanie currently holds the position of SVP, Chief Client & Operating Officer at Sapphire Digital, part of Zelis, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as SVP, Chief Client Officer and SVP of Engineering and Operations at the same company. Before joining Sapphire Digital, Melanie worked at Vitals as SVP, Implementation and Client Services from August 2017 to February 2019. Melanie also pursued higher education at Long Island University where they obtained a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Administration. Prior to that, Melanie earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food and Nutrition from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College.
