Shane Forbes

Shane Forbes is currently the Director of Client Services at Sapphire Digital since May 2019. Prior to that, Shane held the position of Director of Strategic Accounts at Zelis® Payments from March 2018 to May 2019. In February 2017, Shane transitioned to being the Senior Director of Customer Success at Ceras Health, Inc., after holding the position of Director of Project Management at Change Healthcare from August 2014 to February 2017. Before that, Shane was the Manager of Client Implementations at Altegra Health from January 2013 to August 2014. From December 2005 to January 2013, Shane worked as the Senior Manager of Reporting & Analytics at Empire BlueCross BlueShield.
