Dr. Jim Collins serves as the President and CEO of Collins Learning since May 2005, specializing in mandatory and regulatory inservice training, employee orientation, and continuing education courses delivered in high-definition television online, available 24/7. Additionally, Dr. Collins holds the position of President and CEO at Sapphire Essentials since September 2018 and has been a Gerontologist at Collins Learning Online since 2005, focusing on various aspects of professional development, compliance training, leadership training, and customer service training. Dr. Collins possesses an ABD in Sociology with a focus on Gerontology from Kent State University, a Master's degree in Sociology from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor's degree in Gerontological Studies from Youngstown State University.
