Sachin Dudam

Sachin Dudam has worked in various companies in roles related to corporate secretarial and legal affairs. Sachin began their career as a Secretarial Assistant at V. Sundaram & Co., Practising Company Secretaries from 2006 to 2009. Sachin then joined Raheja Universal Limited as a Company Secretarial Assistant, where they assisted in activities related to an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Subsequently, they worked at Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd. as a Manager in Legal & Secretarial affairs, handling key assignments such as Merger & Acquisition (M&A). Sachin then joined Zensar Technologies as a Senior Executive in Corporate Secretarial, where they managed overall corporate secretarial and listing regulations/SEBI compliances. Following that, they worked at RBL Bank as a Senior Manager in Corporate Secretarial. Currently, they hold the position of Head - Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Sapphire Foods India Limited, where they played a pivotal role in the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) and manages secretarial and para-legal compliances during funding rounds.

Sachin Dudam has an educational background in various fields. Sachin completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from D. G. Ruparel College, University of Mumbai in 2008. Sachin then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from New Law College, University of Mumbai, which they completed in 2013. Continuing their education, they obtained a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2012. Sachin also achieved a Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) degree from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance in 2018. Lastly, they completed their Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Mumbai in the same year.
