Nidhi Bose

Nidhi Bose has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Nidhi is currently serving as the Associate Director - Delivery and Talent Advisory at Sapphire Human Solutions Private Limited since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Quess Corp Limited as the General Manager - Talent Acquisition from February 2020 to July 2021, and as the General Manager - Client Engagement from August 2019 to February 2020.

Before joining Quess Corp Limited, Nidhi held the position of Head - Talent Acquisition APAC & Gulf at Monster India (A Quess Company) from July 2018 to July 2021. Nidhi was responsible for scaling up and transforming the Talent Acquisition function and played a key role in hiring a significant number of professionals within a short span of time.

From January 2015 to May 2017, Nidhi worked as the Director/Business Unit Head - Executive Search at John Clements Consultants, Inc. Their responsibilities included managing the complete recruitment cycle for C-level searches across multiple industries and leading teams of consultants, researchers, and support staff.

Prior to this, they held various roles at John Clements Consultants, Inc., including Business Unit Head - Executive Search from January 2014 to January 2015, and Managing Consultant - Executive Search from April 2012 to December 2013.

Nidhi also worked as the Head/DGM - Retained Search Division at Confiar Global from July 2009 to December 2011. Nidhi played an instrumental role in talent acquisition and management, and Confiar Global is recognized as one of India's leading search firms.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Senior Consultant at Gilbert Tweed Associates from August 2008 to June 2009, an Associate Consultant at Grassik Consultants from October 2007 to March 2008, and an Operations Manager at Citi (Financial Services) from January 2007 to August 2007.

Nidhi began their career at American Express as the Manager - Credit Operations from January 2003 to January 2007. Nidhi also worked at GE Capital as a Sr Officer from May 1999 to April 2001.

Throughout their career, Nidhi Bose has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, team management, and client engagement.

Nidhi Bose completed an Accelerated MBA Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in partnership with Harvard Business Publishing from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics & Political Science from Sri Venkateswara University, from 1993 to 1996.
