Rafael Oliveira

Rafael Oliveira has a diverse work experience in the field of SAP Business One. Rafael started their career as a Support Analyst at Interway do Brasil in 2006. Rafael then worked at MMB1 as a Manager, where they were responsible for supporting and developing software for SAP Business One and managing consultants. Rafael later became a SAP Business One Consultant at Ramo Sistemas Digitais LTDA, working on projects such as Cepam. Rafael joined BMW as a Project Manager before moving to Softengine as a Project Manager and Functional Consultant. At Softengine, Rafael also worked as a Senior Project Manager. Rafael then joined Quest Nutrition as an ERP Project Manager, responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's ERP system. Currently, Rafael is working at Sapphire, where they have held roles such as Senior SAP Solution Architect, SAP Team Lead, and currently, Head of SAP Business One Practice in the US.

Rafael Oliveira completed their undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Universidade Federal de Itajubá from 2002 to 2006. Rafael later pursued a post-graduation in Project Management at Senac SP from 2011 to 2012. Rafael has also obtained certifications from SAP, including the SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One Release 10.0 in 2021 and the SAP Business One Certified Consultant in 2008.
