Kelli Dragovich is an experienced coach and advisor, currently leading Kelli Dragovich, LLC since January 2019, where coaching services focus on mid to senior level leaders, particularly HR Leaders and Founders/CEOs. In addition, Kelli serves as an advisor at Pendo.io, providing insights on HR topics and market positioning for the Digital Adoption Platform, having previously held the role of Chief People Officer, where significant hiring and employee engagement improvements were achieved.
