Shabina Saleem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at SapphireIMS since May 2012, Shabina previously held the role of Manager - Customer Success. Prior to this, Shabina was an Executive in the IT Practice at UL MSS India and a Solution Specialist at DATASISAR, specializing in cloud computing and customer relationship management. Early career roles included positions as Engineer QS and Planning at Umiya Builders and Developers, Administrative Assistant at Women & Work, Assistant Projects Engineer at Muthoot Builders, and Site Engineer at Architekton - Trivandrum. Shabina holds an MBA in Operations from ICFAI University and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
