Debbie Rogers

Debbie Rogers has over 38 years of work experience in Human Resources. Debbie began their career in 1983 as an Assistant Personnel Manager for Marks and Spencer plc. In 1988, they became an Assistant Recruitment Officer for Royal Life Holdings. From 1989 to 1997, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for Crosfield Electronics, which later became Fujifilm Electronic Imaging. In 1997, they became a Human Resources Director for Dexion Ltd. From 2000 to 2016, Debbie held multiple roles, including College Lecturer at Peterborough Regional College, Owner of HRg Limited, HR Director of Pacific Asia at Abbott Nutrition International, and Human Resources Director of Abbott Diabetes Care at International Commercial Ops. Since 2016, they have been a Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Smith & Nephew. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at Sapphiros.

Debbie Rogers attended Anglia Ruskin University from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a Post Graduate degree from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
