Benjiman Ward

Benjiman Ward currently serves as the Director of Safety, Risk and Maintenance Excellence at Sappi, a position held since February 2016, and has previously held various managerial roles within the company, including Maintenance Project Manager, Maintenance Manager, Paper Mill Maintenance Manager, and Utilities Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Mill Manager at Expera Specialty Solutions, Mill Operations Manager at Old Town Fuel & Fiber, and Energy Manager at Red Shield Environmental. Benjiman's career began in 1998 as a Control Room Operator at Alternative Energy - Braver Ashland. Benjiman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Power Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy and graduated from John Bapst Memorial High School with a diploma.
