Kristin Perales serves as the Sr. Vice President of People at Sapporo-Stone Brewing, a role assumed in September 2022 following Sapporo's acquisition of Stone Brewing. With extensive experience in human resources, Kristin previously held the position of Vice President of People at Stone Brewing, leading the People Team for the 9th largest craft brewery in the United States. Prior to Stone, Kristin worked at SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands as the People + Environment Director, and held various HR roles at HEINEKEN, BP, Pabst Brewing Company, Kellogg School of Management, Ingersoll Rand, and Anheuser-Busch. Kristin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
