Eleonore Derome

Eleonore Derome serves as the Director of Legal Affairs for M&A, Securities, and Corporate at Saputo Inc. since August 2021. Additionally, Eleonore holds prominent positions at the Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal, including Vice-Chair of the Board and Chair of the Governance and Ethics Committee, and has served as Interim Chair of the Board of Directors. As a lawyer specializing in Business Law since 2007, Eleonore has worked with various firms, including BOMBARDIER and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Eleonore co-founded and presided over the Women Initiative Division of Young Canadians in Finance and is an active member of the Global Organization's board. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Negotiation from Harvard Law School and an LLB from Université de Montréal, along with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
