Tor Olav Schibevaag has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tor Olav is currently the CEO of SAR AS, starting from May 2019. Prior to this, they were the owner of Roltos AS since June 2014. Tor Olav also served as a Board Member at Prohousing from March 2019 to March 2021. From December 2017 to December 2020, they held the position of Board Member & Advisory at Mims Well, a company specializing in Life Cycle Simulation System Generated Platform. From December 2017 to May 2019, they worked as a Strategic Advisor at Efab AS, providing strategic consulting services. Tor Olav has also held the position of Managing Director EMEA at Hoover Ferguson from April 2016 to January 2018. Additionally, they served as the CEO of eDrilling AS from June 2015 to May 2016 and as the COO of Flux Group AS from May 2014 to May 2015. Tor Olav Schibevaag has extensive experience in general management and business development. Tor Olav served as the CEO of Modex AS from November 2010 to May 2014, where they focused on securing and growing the company's market share. Tor Olav was also the CFO & COO of Modex AS from May 2005 to November 2010, responsible for finance, quality assurance, safety, and purchasing. Tor Olav started their career as the CFO/HSEQ Mgr at Modex AS from November 2001 to May 2005. Tor Olav Schibevaag's early work experience includes their role as a Business Development Manager at Microsoft Norway from August 2000 to November 2001, where they facilitated and created new opportunities in the technology market.

Tor Olav Schibevaag attended BI Norwegian Business School from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a degree in Economics. Tor Olav then went on to study at Nord University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Knowledge Management.
