Kamlesh Shahi

Kamlesh Shahi is an experienced professional in performance management and total rewards, currently serving as Group Performance & Total Rewards - COE at SAR Electric Mobility since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kamlesh contributed as Performance & Rewards - COE at REA India from May 2021 to February 2023 and held positions in total rewards at Freecharge. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at REA India, where design of the Annual Increment Cycle and creation of diversity-focused bonus plans were key responsibilities, and DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, where management of the increments process and salary planning were essential.
