Hanadi Hijab

Hanadi Hijab is an experienced People Experience Executive currently working at SARA Group since March 2022, with responsibilities in compensations and benefits, payroll execution, employee relations, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, performance management, workplace culture, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Hanadi held the position of Personnel Officer in HR at HOLDAL Group from March 2016 to November 2021, focusing on payroll execution, NSSF/MOF reporting, insurance scheme administration, and HRIS management. Hanadi also served as a Senior Sales Executive at both HOLDAL Group and Luxury Clothing Company, and began as a Sales Representative at Retail Group Lebanon. Hanadi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Arab Open University and a Lebanese Bac in Life Sciences from Collège Patriarcal.
