Karl Davies

Karl Davies is an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Currently serving as Commercial Director at SARA LEE HOLDINGS PTY. LTD, responsibilities include overseeing the complete commercial function, including marketing and innovation strategy, sales growth, and P&L accountability. Previously, as Chief Customer Officer at Mrs Mac's Pty Ltd, Karl led the commercial strategy and organizational culture initiatives. At Frucor Suntory, roles included Head of Sales, where management of a $265 million portfolio was achieved, and Head of Future Growth ANZ for Amplify Kombucha, which involved launching the brand.
