Amanda Hanrahan

Amanda Hanrahan currently holds the position of Assistant Professor and Practicum Director at Alverno College since August 2024. Previously, Amanda served as a School Psychologist for the Richmond School District from August 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating the Response to Intervention (RtI) program and providing counseling services. Amanda's earlier experience includes a Doctoral Psychology Internship at Sarah A. Reed Children's Center, research assistance at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and various roles in educational and clinical settings, including a Science Enrichment Coordinator position at Rocketship Education and psychometrician duties at Fremouw-Sigley Psychological Associates. Amanda earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in School Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Forensic and Investigative Sciences and Psychology from West Virginia University.
