James Rowland has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as a Customer Support Manager at HCA since January 2002, where also holds the position of Customer Support Manager in Operation IT&S at Sarah Cannon Research Institute. Prior to HCA, James worked as an Accounting Assistant at the American Red Cross from 1997 to 2002. James is enrolled in a Management and Human Relations degree program at Trevecca Nazarene University, with studies taking place from 2012 to 2014.
