Faizal Kardiman

Faizal Kardiman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Experience at Protelindo, PT since April 2014. In this role, Faizal is responsible for planning and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment strategies across the Protelindo Group, while also designing business-wide recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives. Previously, as the Head of Learning and Development, Faizal crafted training programs to support the HR agenda, and as HR Development Assistant Manager, managed various HR functions. Prior experience includes HR Coordinator at Potato Head and Recruitment Officer at G4S Security Services, alongside early roles at PT. Trakindo Utama. Faizal holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
