Ryan Goff, Ph.D.

Ryan Goff, Ph.D. has a wide range of experience in the medical and healthcare industry. Ryan currently serves as the Vice President of Product Development and Operations at Saranas. Prior to this, they worked as an independent consultant, providing expertise in product development for endovascular, catheter-based therapies, and cardiac surgical areas. Their clients included CryoLife, an occlusive disease treatment company, where they worked on stent and stent graft-based devices, as well as percutaneous mechanical circulatory support.

Dr. Goff also held various positions at CryoLife, including Senior Program Manager and Program Manager in Research and Development. In these roles, they managed projects, developed novel devices for the treatment of complex aortic aneurysms, and conducted design verification and validation testing.

Before their time at CryoLife, Dr. Goff founded GFIC, LLC, where they set up a membership investment program and served in various leadership positions. Ryan was responsible for creating operating bylaws and partnership agreements, as well as presenting investment opportunities.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Goff worked as an R&D Manager at Endologix Inc, focusing on the development of devices for the treatment of aortic aneurysms. Dr. Goff's academic background includes research and teaching assistant roles at the University of Minnesota and the University of Iowa. Ryan contributed to The Atlas of Human Cardiac Anatomy and gained experience in visible heart laboratory research.

Additionally, Dr. Goff worked as a research assistant at the Palmer College of Chiropractic Research Clinic, where they conducted clinical research and assisted with data collection and analysis.
