Alberto Carreri

Alberto Carreri has extensive work experience in accounting, finance, and control roles. alberto started their career at Intesa Sanpaolo as a Finance Analyst, evaluating credit reports and project finance. alberto then moved to Dexia, where they were responsible for managing relationships with business customers and assisting them with debt restructuring and rating implementation. Alberto later joined Edison SpA as the Head of Evaluation Department and then as the Controller of Sales Department. At Edipower, they served as the Head of Planning and Control, participating in board meetings and evaluating new investments. alberto then joined Edison Trading as the CFO, overseeing administration, finance, and control for trading activities in multiple countries. Alberto returned to Edison SpA as the Head of Accounting, Financial Statement, and Tax, managing financial results and optimizing company structures. alberto also led finance projects as the Finance Project Leader. Currently, Alberto Carreri is the Accounting and Tax Director at Saras, responsible for administrative processes, financial statements, tax issues, and supporting the CFO and CEO in presenting results to shareholders and the market.

Alberto Carreri obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Transport and Energy from Politecnico di Milano from 1985 to 1991. alberto later pursued a Master's degree at SDA Bocconi in 1997-1998. Alberto also completed the EDF Advanced Management Program and obtained certification as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Dirigente Preposto from UNI Pdr 104:2021 through Intertek. In 2022, they obtained a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) certification from ANDAF - Associazione Nazionale Direttori Amministrativi e Finanziari.
