Howard Tsvi Kaplan

Howard Tsvi Kaplan is a seasoned Costume Designer with extensive experience in the performing arts sector since 1982. Currently serving at Sarasota Opera since September 1997, Kaplan's portfolio includes work with various performing arts companies and notable institutions such as Kentucky Opera from 1999 to 2012 and Baltimore Opera Company from 2003 to 2008. Kaplan's early career included contributions to Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Circus from 1982 to 1997. Kaplan holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Costume Design from Carnegie Mellon University, earned between 1977 and 1982.
