Robert de Warren

Robert de Warren has had an extensive and varied work experience in the field of dance. Robert founded and served as President of www.RobertdeWarrenDANCE.com since 2013. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of Sarasota International Dance Festival Inc. from 2009. Robert also founded and served as CEO of IRAN-DAS INC, a 501 (C)3 organization in 2009. In addition, Robert de Warren held the position of President, Artistic Director, and Choreographer at Wyvern Projects LLC from 1996. Before that, they served as the Artistic Director for international career assignments including the Royal Ballet UK, La Scala Milan, and Sarasota Ballet from 1976 to 1996. Throughout their various roles, they focused on education, performance, and exhibitions in the field of dance.

Robert de Warren's education history includes attending the Royal Ballet School for full training in ballet, where they received honors. Robert also attended the Royal Academy of Dance from 1955 to 1957, earning an ARAD -Hons - RBS - Hons. degree in International Dance Syllabus, styles, choreography, and artistic direction. Prior to that, from 1952 to 1954, they studied at the Arts Educational Trust, focusing on dramatic arts and the history of dance. Robert'searlier education at the Crandon Institute, US High School from 1950 to 1954 provided a general education in music, violin, and dance, resulting in a GCE degree.
