Heath Muncy has extensive experience in the real estate and lending industries, currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Living Vogue Real Estate since December 2022. Previously, Heath Muncy was an owner of Americas Housing Solution from January 2008 to January 2019, managing multiple properties and successfully buying, selling, and flipping over 92 homes. Heath Muncy also held positions at The Mosaic Company as an EIA since March 2008, and was involved in various roles in mortgage lending starting as a Mortgage Loan Officer at GMC Lending Services in January 2004, progressing to Senior Loan Officer and branch manager at Americas Lending Solution LLC until April 2009.
