Richard A. Petrocelli

Richard Petrocelli is a Senior Advisor at Saratoga Investment Corp. since January 2021. Prior to this role, Richard served as the Chief Operating Officer at Flat Rock Global from October 2016 to December 2020. With a background in finance and accounting, Richard also held various CFO roles at Fifth Street Finance Corp. and Fifth Street Senior Floating Rate Corp. Richard has extensive experience in private equity and business development, having served as a Managing Director/CFO at Saratoga Investment Corp. and Saratoga Partners. Richard holds an MBA in Finance & Taxation from NYU Stern School of Business and BS degrees in Accounting from Georgetown University.
