Michelle Chiou Thien-Ling

Michelle Chiou Thien-Ling, GMBPsS, currently serves as Head of HRiB & HR Excellence at Sarawak Energy Berhad since March 2024. Previously, Michelle held the position of Chief People Officer at Pertama Digital Berhad, overseeing the centralized Human Resource Division. Notable experience also includes roles as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at IDS Medical Systems Group, where Michelle led HR operations during a significant expansion phase, and CHRO at Tan Chong Group, managing HR functions across multiple international locations. Michelle's early career included HR and psychological consulting roles at Tan Chong Group and AstraZeneca, complemented by academic qualifications in Psychology and Business Administration, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and Walden University, respectively.
