Jun Sarceno has over 25 years of hands-on experience in the I.T. Industry. He has knowledge of Internet infrastructure, network and application troubleshooting, and network configuration. His skill set includes: Proficiency in TCP/IP protocols, Outlook/Outlook Express, Lotus Notes, switch configuration and repair on 3Com, Linksys, D-Link and installation of service packs, security updates and registry modifications on Windows 95/98/NT4/2000/XP/Vista/Win7, virus and worm removal with Symantec, AVG and McAfee products, and spyware removal with Malware and Spybot. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from University of La Verne. Jun is a MCSE, MCP Internet and CCNA Certified.
