Blaine Northcraft

Blaine Northcraft has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Blaine started their career as a Co-Owner of The Dawg House, a Chicago-style eatery, where they handled schedule management, marketing, vendor management, and business sales. After that, they worked as an Audit Intern at Deloitte before joining Roadstar Inn as an Accountant, where they maintained ledgers and prepared financial reports.

Blaine then joined Deloitte again, this time as an Audit Senior, responsible for conducting audits. Blaine later transitioned to SVA as a Senior Accountant, where they worked on specialized projects and provided consultative services to clients in the information technology, construction, and manufacturing industries.

In 2016, Blaine joined Lands' End as a Senior Internal Auditor, leading SOX Financial control planning and testing. Blaine also worked on Security Compliance as a Security Compliance Analyst, focusing on mitigating audit and business risks and implementing cloud security requirements.

Blaine continued their career at Zendesk as a Security Compliance Analyst and later as a Senior Security Compliance Analyst, where they further honed their expertise in security and compliance.

Blaine's most recent position is as a Senior Security Compliance Analyst at Sardine, where they continue to contribute their skills and knowledge in ensuring security and compliance for the company.

Throughout their career, Blaine has achieved several accomplishments, including establishing and implementing cloud security requirements, developing cybersecurity training programs, and maturing evidence collection processes to support compliance initiatives.

Blaine Northcraft completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Blaine attended the university from 2005 to 2010. After a gap of three years, they pursued a Master of Professional Accountancy degree specializing in Accounting at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Blaine attended this institution from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Blaine also obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from WICPA in October 2017. Furthermore, in June 2022, they received a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
