Heather DeMinck, AAP, APRP, CAMS

Heather DeMinck, AAP, APRP, CAMS has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heather is currently working as the ACH Operations Manager at Sardine since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Sr ACH Specialist at Silvergate Bank from November 2021 to March 2022. From April 2019 to November 2021, they worked as an Electronic Banking Specialist at Genesee Regional Bank. Heather also has a significant tenure at KeyBank, where they held the position of Operations Leader from November 2005 to February 2019. Before joining KeyBank, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Citizens Bank from April 2002 to November 2005. Heather's early career started at The Limited, where they worked as a Co Manager from August 1998 to April 2002. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in ACH operations, electronic banking, and leadership roles.

Heather DeMinck, AAP, APRP, CAMS earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Monroe Community College, which they attended from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of Accredited ACH Professional and Accredited Payments Risk Profession from Nacha in October 2020 and August 2021, respectively. Furthermore, they achieved the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) certification from ACAMS in January 2023.
