Bagi Ravishankar

Bagi Ravishankar currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Scientific Communications at Sarepta Therapeutics since July 2022, after previously holding the position of Senior Director in the same field. Prior to this role, Bagi worked at Amicus Therapeutics as Director of Publications in Global Medical Affairs and at Bristol Myers Squibb as Associate Director and Publications Team Lead in Oncology. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Scientific Communication at Acorda Therapeutics, Scientific Specialist at PAREXEL, and Scientific Director at various medical communication agencies. Bagi began an academic career as an Assistant Professor at The University of Manchester, where responsibilities included leading a Neurodevelopment lab, and has held postdoctoral fellowships at University College London and Washington University School of Medicine. Bagi earned a PhD in Neuroscience from University College London.
