Bridget Pratt

Bridget Pratt has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Bridget is currently working at Sarepta Therapeutics as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company. Before joining Sarepta Therapeutics, Pratt worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Healthlink Advisors, where they established the recruiting function and implemented standardized processes. Bridget also served as the Executive Recruiting Manager at athenahealth, where they focused on recruiting executive-level positions and managed a team of recruiters. Pratt has also worked at KPMG US, Beacon Partners (acquired by KPMG), Cutter Associates, Ernst & Young, and Winter Wyman & Company, where they held various recruiting and management roles. Throughout their career, they have recruited professionals in various industries and specialized areas such as healthcare, finance, technology, and biotech.

Bridget Pratt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bucknell University. Bridget has also obtained a certification in People Analytics from Coursera in 2020. In addition, they are a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
