Jeffrey Lopata

Jeffrey Lopata is an accomplished chemical engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing sciences and process engineering within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Sciences & Technology at Sarepta Therapeutics since May 2021, Jeffrey is also a Principal Process Engineer at Nantero, specializing in carbon nanotube-based non-volatile random access memory (NRAM) chips. Previously, Jeffrey held key roles at DPS Group Global, Anika Therapeutics, QD Vision, Inc., and Bayer Corporation, leading engineering design efforts and technology transfers for various medical and industrial products. With a robust educational background, including a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, Jeffrey has a proven track record of innovation and process development ranging from pilot-scale to commercial manufacturing.
