Rob Palermo

Rob Palermo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in specialty trade, distribution, and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Specialty Trade and Distribution at Sarepta Therapeutics since September 2015, Rob is responsible for strategic management of trade channels for both existing and pipeline gene therapy products. Previous roles include Senior Director positions overseeing national access and reimbursement teams, where leadership efforts expanded team size significantly. Rob's career also includes key positions at Endo Pharmaceuticals, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, MedImmune, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and sanofi-aventis, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, market access, and training development. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from Saint Vincent College.
