Shweta Arya

Shweta Arya is an experienced professional in the healthcare and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Director of Launch Readiness and Forecasting at Sarepta Therapeutics since September 2023, after previously holding the position of Associate Director at the same company. Prior to this, Shweta had a successful tenure at Deloitte Consulting from May 2018 to September 2023, progressing from Consultant to Strategy Manager and earning recognition with four applause awards for exceptional contributions to client projects and leadership. Noteworthy contributions at Deloitte include advising C-suite executives on gene therapy launch strategies and managing projects focused on performance analytics within life sciences.
