Yana Matiychuk

Yana Matiychuk has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research and operations. Yana is currently serving as a Clinical Operations Lead for Global Development Operations at Sarepta Therapeutics since September 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at the same company as a Senior CTA - Clinical Trial Manager from December 2018 to September 2021.

Before joining Sarepta Therapeutics, Yana worked at Biogen as a Senior Clinical Operations Specialist and later as a Clinical Operations Specialist in the Global Clinical Development Operations department. Yana'sresponsibilities included owning the development and maintenance of operational plans and tools, ensuring on-time completion, accuracy, and quality standards. Yana also collaborated closely with the Program Lead to drive efficiency and consistency across the program.

Yana's work experience also includes a role at ClinEdge as a Business Development professional, where they performed outreach and maintained relationships with biopharmaceutical industry-related clients. Yana also project-managed the site identification and selection process for multiple study programs.

Earlier in their career, Yana worked as a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator at Professional Health Care of Pinellas and as a Regulatory Data Specialist at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. In their role at the hospital, they prepared regulatory portfolio applications for research studies, ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisted study coordinators with data and sample submissions to sponsors.

Through their various roles, Yana has gained expertise in clinical research coordination, regulatory compliance, business development, and clinical trial management.

Yana Matiychuk has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida. Yana also has completed an Executive mini MBA in BioPharma Innovation at Rutgers Business School. Yana Matiychuk has additionally pursued studies in Biological Science at Harvard University's Graduate Extension School.
