Ken Busch is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Director, Residential Development - Senior Vice President at Sares Regis Group Northern California. With experience spanning over two decades, Ken has a strong background in developing rental and for sale high density residential communities. Ken is known for their expertise in all aspects of the development process, from initial feasibility to close out, including entitlements, financing, construction management, and sales. Ken previously held the position of Vice President at Hearthstone Advisors and holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from The George Washington University School of Business, along with a BCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
