Taylor Susim

Taylor Susim has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Dual Site Community Manager at Sares Regis Group since May 2023. Prior roles include Floating Property Manager at Trinity SF from October 2020 to May 2023 and Assistant Property Manager at Pacific Heritage Real Estate from February 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a new lease-up in Ventura. Taylor began the career as a Leasing Consultant with Career Strategies from February 2014 to February 2018, focusing on property tours, lease renewals, and marketing. Additionally, Taylor has retail management experience as an Assistant Store Manager at lululemon athletica from November 2014 to December 2017. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Francisco State University and is pursuing further studies in Business at Moorpark College.
