Gary Spangenberg has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Gary served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering at RBC Sargent Aerospace & Defense, where they were responsible for managing 200 employees and $80 million in annual revenue across four product lines. Gary also oversaw government defense contracts with various agencies. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Operations and Engineering at Kahr Bearing, where they reorganized the departments to improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, they worked as Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager at Sargent Aerospace & Defense, where they provided leadership in new product development and engineering functions. Gary started their career at Sargent Controls & Aerospace as an Engineering Manager and later became an Operations Manager/Product Line Manager. Throughout their career, Gary has demonstrated strong expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, organizational development, and continuous improvement.

Gary Spangenberg earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona between 1999 and 2001. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2003 to 2005.
