Paul Kalbfleisch is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in research and product development. Currently serving as a Research and Product Engineer at Sargent Aerospace & Defense since November 2019, Paul previously held the position of Graduate Researcher at Purdue University, leading projects focused on noise at the Maha Fluid Power Research Center. Additionally, Paul has experience as a Resident Assistant at Purdue University, where leadership and community engagement were key responsibilities. An accomplished researcher, Paul also conducted an undergraduate project developing sound power measurement techniques for hydraulic pumps and room acoustics. Prior experience includes serving as a Sound Technician at Crestwood Baptist Church, where technical skills in sound amplification were honed. Paul holds a PhD in Agricultural Engineering, a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Acoustical Engineering, all from Purdue University.
