Carlos Torres, P.E. is an experienced engineer specializing in transmission planning and protection control. Currently serving as Project Associate I and Senior Associate II at Sargent & Lundy since July 2021, Carlos previously held the role of Transmission Planning Engineer at Seminole Electric Cooperative from September 2018 to April 2021.
