Cyan Brown

Cyan Brown is a Structural Engineer at Sargent & Lundy since May 2023, previously serving as a Civil Engineer at Collins Engineers, Inc. from May 2018 to April 2023. At Collins Engineers, Cyan created designs for truss bridge repairs for the Chicago Department of Transportation, utilizing Microstation for modeling and STAAD Pro for designing a new sidewalk's steel framework. Prior experience includes an Engineering Intern role, where temporary earth retention systems were designed and modeled, and a Transportation Engineering Lab Intern position at the University of Illinois at Chicago focusing on data processing and research. Cyan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, obtained in May 2020.
