Tanzy Lawhorn

Tanzy Lawhorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational engagement, diversity, and inclusion within prominent companies. Currently serving as Sr. Director at Sargento since September 2014, Tanzy oversees organizational development, talent management, and change management within enterprise-wide initiatives. Prior to this role, Tanzy spent over 17 years at Briggs and Stratton Corporation, where responsibilities included directing diversity and community relations programs and managing the Leadership Institute to enhance talent management strategies. Tanzy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from Marquette University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
