Reeta Paavilainen

Reeta Paavilainen serves as the Director of People and Culture, Marketing and Communications at Sarlin Oy Ab since August 2021, overseeing HR strategy, culture development, and overall HR services while being a member of the Leadership Team reporting to the CEO. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at AbbVie from January 2013 to August 2021, leading the HR function in Finland after the company's separation from Abbott, and holding the role of Human Resources Manager at Abbott and Anttila Oy. Reeta Paavilainen also held HR management positions at Bayer and Pharmacia Oy, along with earlier experience as a course planner and trainer at AAC Global. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree from Åbo Akademi University and a certification as a Business Coach from the Business Coaching Institute, with ongoing academic pursuits at the University of Jyväskylä.
