Esther S.

Esther S. has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2011 with multiple roles in various companies. In 2016, they joined Sarma, where they rapidly climbed the ranks from HR Generalist to HR Manager and eventually became the HR Director. In this position, Esther was responsible for all HR and people development programs, as well as building and facilities management, corporate safety programs, and overseeing the company's non-profit organization. Esther provided HR services to 70 employees in Texas with a human capital budget of $3M.

Esther S. completed their education at Midwestern State University from 2020 to 2022, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Eastern Washington University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management. Additionally, Esther obtained a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in January 2019.
