Christine Adleman, SPHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Christine is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sartori Company, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of HR - Team Member Development and Acquisition at the same company from May 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Sartori Company, Christine worked at Johnsonville Sausage from 2011 to 2022. During their time there, they held various roles, including Director of Organizational Development & Learning, Learning & Development - Senior Business Partner, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In 2009, Christine obtained their Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

In addition to their formal education, Christine has pursued various certifications throughout their career. Christine became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through iPEC Coaching in April and February of 2021, respectively. In 2019, they completed Hogan Assessment & Advanced Feedback certification through Hogan Assessment Systems. Christine also obtained the InsideOut Development Certified Trainer certification from InsideOut Development in February 2016. Christine acquired their SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) designation in December 2015, and prior to that, they became a Global Career Development Facilitator through the Center for Credentialing & Education in October 2015. Christine holds various certifications as a trainer, including being a Certified Trainer for Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability from VitalSmarts in November and October 2014, respectively. Christine also became certified in the Strong Interest Inventory through CPP, Inc. in September 2014.
