Christine Adleman

Christine Adleman, SPHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Christine is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sartori Company, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of HR - Team Member Development and Acquisition at the same company from May 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Sartori Company, Christine worked at Johnsonville Sausage from 2011 to 2022. During their time there, they held various roles, including Director of Organizational Development & Learning, Learning & Development - Senior Business Partner, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In these positions, they managed Johnsonville's Organizational Development & Learning function, led strategic initiatives in coaching, leadership development, and performance management, and provided full-scale HR support.

Prior to their tenure at Johnsonville Sausage, Christine worked at J. F. Ahern Co. from 1999 to 2011. Christine held the positions of Director of Human Resources and Assistant Director of Human Resources, overseeing all HR functions for the organization, including recruitment, performance management, and training/development. Christine also led a team of HR professionals and designed and delivered training programs.

Christine Adleman, SPHR, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which they obtained in 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resource Management at the same university. In 2009, Christine obtained their Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

In addition to their formal education, Christine has pursued various certifications throughout their career. Christine became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through iPEC Coaching in April and February of 2021, respectively. In 2019, they completed Hogan Assessment & Advanced Feedback certification through Hogan Assessment Systems. Christine also obtained the InsideOut Development Certified Trainer certification from InsideOut Development in February 2016. Christine acquired their SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) designation in December 2015, and prior to that, they became a Global Career Development Facilitator through the Center for Credentialing & Education in October 2015. Christine holds various certifications as a trainer, including being a Certified Trainer for Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability from VitalSmarts in November and October 2014, respectively. Christine also became certified in the Strong Interest Inventory through CPP, Inc. in September 2014. In July 2013, Christine obtained the MHI Global Certified Trainer certification from MHI Global Leadership & Management, and in February 2013, they completed the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification through Korn Ferry. Finally, in November 2012, they obtained certification in the Predictive Index from Wipfli LLP.
