Elad Bassan

Elad Bassan has extensive work experience in operations management and leadership roles. Elad is currently serving as the Managing Operations Director at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, where they oversee operational activities, leads a cross-functional team, and implements process improvements. Prior to this, Elad worked as an Operations Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services, where they successfully implemented global strategies and made continuous improvements in daily operations. Elad also held various positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, including Operations Director, Material Planning Manager, Planning and Control Team Leader, and Project Manager. Elad started their career as a Planner at Mul-T-Lock. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on safety, customer service, quality, efficiency, and team collaboration.

Elad Bassan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1999 to 2003. Elad then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Operations Research at the same university from 2003 to 2006.
