Lucy Armitage

Lucy Armitage is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and cloud service delivery. Currently serving as Cloud Service Delivery Manager at SAS since May 2024, Lucy previously held the position of Managing Director at HummingbirdCRM from July 2023 to July 2024. Lucy's tenure at Lexplore UK from April 2018 to July 2023 as Head of Customer Engagement helped to enhance client relationships. Prior roles include Advisory Service Coordinator and Training Consultant at MLS from September 2006 to April 2018, and Supervisor of Public Library and Schools' Library Services at Blackpool Council between April 2005 and September 2006. Lucy earned a BA Hons degree from the University of Central Lancashire from 2000 to 2003.
