Watanya Resper

Watanya Resper, MSHR, PHR, is an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist currently at SAS since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle and developing data-driven strategies for sourcing diverse candidates. Previously, Resper served as Assistant Vice President- IT Recruitment Business Partner at Credit Suisse, overseeing recruitment activities for IT divisions in the Americas. Earlier experience includes roles as Principal Resource Specialist and Lead Sourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions, and Technology Recruiter at Matrix Resources, all focusing on IT staffing solutions.
