Alex T Koshy has extensive experience in corporate finance and advisory roles, holding the position of Director - India Entry, M&A at SAS Partners Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd since September 2008. Previous experience includes roles as a freelance consultant focused on leveraged buy-outs and as a manager in investment banking at Religare. Alex has also contributed to KPMG LLP as an intern in high growth markets and held various positions in corporate legal compliance and financial advisory at Everonn Education Limited, Karvy Investor Services Limited, SGS, and G Raman Pillai & Associates. The educational background encompasses an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Strategic Finance from the University of Strathclyde, an Advance Diploma in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and multiple degrees in economics and finance from Annamalai University and the University of Kerala.
