Neal Narsing has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries and roles. Neal began their career as a Temp Worker at Budget Rent a Car in 2006 before transitioning to a Para-legal role at GARLICKE & BOUSFIELD INC from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Warrant Officer at the South African Police Service, providing investigative and administrative support.

Neal then moved into the field of forensic consulting, joining Ernst & Young in 2012 as a Forensic Consultant. Their responsibilities included conducting fraud compliance checks, performing fieldwork, compiling reports, and drafting annexure. Neal also conducted research on fraud trends and attended meetings with clients and attorneys.

After that, Neal worked at Yoco from 2021 to 2023. Neal first served as a KYC Analyst, responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on customers. Neal then became a Senior Complaints Manager and was involved in developing and implementing complaints policy and processes. Neal conducted extensive research, captured complaints, and performed root cause analysis.

Most recently, Neal joined Investec in 2023 as an Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst, where they play a crucial role in assessing risks associated with potential customers. Additionally, they began working at Sasfin as a Group Risk Fraud Investigator in July 2023. The specific details of this role are not provided.

Neal Narsing obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law and Criminology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Neal pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law and Criminology from 2003 to 2009.
